Join Reins of Freedom for a two-hour Therapeutic Art Workshop and discover the benefits of mindful painting!

In this workshop, you’ll be provided with a mandala canvas to paint and a variety of paints to choose from. Over the course of two-hours, you’ll be free to paint in your canvas however you choose while joining in on a group conversation to share strategies for stress management.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A beautifully painted work of art you created!

  • Tips and strategies for supporting your mental wellbeing

  • New connections in the community

What is therapeutic art life coaching? Therapeutic art vs. Art Therapy

  • Therapeutic art combines life coaching practices with the creative process, facilitating self-exploration and understanding. In therapeutic art, we use imagery, colour, and shape as ways of reflection or representation of our vision and goals.

  • Art therapy is a form of counselling and combines art with psychotherapy. It requires a Master's Degree.
